Jim and Corie Brooks have been in the food industry for over 25 years. They both were originally food scientists and decided to take their knowledge and apply it to growing sprouts in 1996. Ever since then they have used the farmers markets as their number one source to reach directly to the consumers.

Organic by self-certification.
Pesticides
The Brooks do not use any chemicals or sprays. Though they dropped their organic dropped certification in 2004, they haven't changed their organic practices.
