Newark

Sunday 9am - 1pm, Year Round

Overview

The Newark Farmers Market is one of our most diverse markets, welcoming a wide range of farmers of different ethnic backgrounds and their equally diverse crop selection. Having settled in to its new location at the NewPark Mall, this market is living up to its reputation as one of the best markets in the East Bay.

From the Manager

Spring is here! The Newark market is pleased to welcome back for the season Rodriguez Farms and Rodriquez Ranch with their fresh pick strawberries, P&E Growers and there great selection of plant starts, Llano Seco with organic bacon & pork chops (yummy) and how can I leave out "Hot Wing Kings" making on-site buffalo wings and french fries. It's impossible not to find something to tantalize your taste buds as you stroll through the market sampling dips, breads, crepes, mandarins, chocolate covered nuts and dried fruits, and listening to the musings of our weekly featured local musician. With unlimited parking and easy accessibility to the NewPark mall, start your Sunday morning out with a stroll through our weekly-constructed village. This market boasts an incredible cultural diversity of Asian and Arab shoppers, farmers, produce, and cuisine. There is something available for everybody so please come down and add you diverse culture to our market community, everyone is welcome!
