Summer Nights 2010 at the JCC

June 16th - August 14th, 2010
Osher Marin Jewish Community Center, San Rafael

AIM will be assisting the JCC to source fresh and local fruits from the farmers market for their Summer Nights program for 2010. In addition to their weekly concerts and movies the JCC will have wine, local food, popcorn, and a playground and picnic area. See their event calendar for more information.

Donate to Haiti

Hear the Pasternak's Story

The Pasternak family, who run and own Devil's Gulch Ranch were in Haiti during the devastating earthquake on Jan. 12th. The Pasternak's volunteer in Haiti a few times a year, to train farmers on sustainable pig and rabbit production.


Through their 501(c)3 non-profit they are now collecting donations for relief efforts. Myriam has started a blog to keep people updated on such efforts. Visit their website to learn more, see videos, photos and donate.

Growing the Future: Farming Families of Marin

The Marin History Museum

"Growing the Future" celebrates the rich heritage of family run farms and ranches in Marin, continuing the legacy of locally produced food. Learn about Marin Farmers Markets role in supporting Marin County's agricultural legacy. The exhibit will run at the Boyd Gate House galleries in San Rafael from February 2009 - October 2010.
