Diggin’ Education will be on-site at the Sunday Marin Farmers Market to share nutrition education with WIC participants.

Two 20-minute sessions will be offered at 10:00am and 11:00am, but Diggin’ Educators will continue providing education and engaging with participants as they visit the tent throughout the morning. Participants will receive AIM Diggin' Education recipe cards to take home.

Topics will include:

• Benefits of eating seasonally and eating the rainbow

• How to select produce

• Produce storage tips to reduce food waste

• Seasonal produce tastings
