Looking for a career in farming? Want to learn how to negotiate the challenges to becoming a financially successful farmer? Consider coming to work with us. We are a small very diversified organic farm in Potter Valley with years of experience to share. We’re looking for people to work with us for the 2026 season. Through hands-on experience you will learn greenhouse management skills, field production, harvesting and marketing, irrigation systems, and so many more aspects of farming. Must be willing to commit through December 2026. We value detail-oriented efficiency and good communication skills. Energy and enthusiasm more important than experience. This is serious fun!
