Rollin’ Root Buyout Options

Base Cost

Each one of our options will have the added price point of $1500 for us to bring the truck to your event. This will cover our staff time and truck supplies.  This will be added to any of the options below you would like to purchase.  

Option 1: Name Your Price Point

Got a specific budget in mind per person? No problem! With our "Name Your Price Point" option, you tell us what you're looking to spend per head, and our Rollin’ Root team will present some fantastic produce options to fit.  

Feeling a little overwhelmed by all the fresh choices? We can send over our current availability list to spark some ideas. If you're still unsure where to start, our amazing Nutrition Educators have created some delicious and balanced bag combinations based on our regular route offerings. These pre-designed bags even come with handy recipe cards, so you will know exactly what to do with the produce. Plus, if anyone wants a little extra something, we'll have additional products on the truck available for purchase.

Option 2: First Come First Serve

Looking for a more interactive experience? Our "First Come First Serve" option puts the power in the hands of your attendees. Simply let us know how many people you're expecting and what your price point is, and we'll stock the Rollin’ Root truck with a delightful array of our freshest produce and some tasty dry goods. Your team or event participants can then browse and purchase exactly what catches their eye. You only pay for what produce has not been sold during our event.  

Option 3: Full Buyout

Want to make a real statement and treat everyone to a truckload of freshness? Our "Full Buy Out" option is the way to go!   

You prepay for the items to be given away at your event, and we’ll collaborate with you to set a limit on how many items each person can receive. You’ll receive our availability list and work closely with our team to hand-pick all the items on the truck for your event. 

What happens to the leftover produce? With this option, any leftover produce will be donated on your behalf to one of our trusted donation partners.
