2026 Updates for the Center for Food and Agriculture
As any farmer knows, a strong harvest starts with careful planning. In 2025, years of thoughtful work came into season as AIM's Center for Food and Agriculture moved from vision into action.
The CFA is nearing the completion of its pre-development phase. With the lease in place, permits are now under review, design plans are nearly finalized, and we are preparing to move from planning to construction. We are on track to break ground on the CFA’s permanent farmers market in October.
As we begin the new year, we do so with clarity, urgency, and deep gratitude. Your continued support will play a critical role in carrying the CFA across the threshold from plan to place. This is a defining moment for the CFA, and we invite you to continue shaping what comes next.
Fundraising Update
Thanks to your generosity, 2025 marked a year of measurable progress for the CFA. Our annual fundraiser brought in $260,000, 140% over our goal. This support advanced the CFA through critical pre-development milestones. As of today, we’re halfway to reaching our goal to keep us on pace of starting construction in October.
Your Legacy at the Center for Food and Agriculture
As we move closer to breaking ground, investments made now will have an outsized impact on the pace and scope of what we can build. We have a number of naming opportunities available during this stage of the campaign starting at $250. These opportunities offer an impactful way to invest in a project that will nourish connection and community for generations to come. Please contact us if you’re interested in leaving a lasting legacy and strengthening the future of our food system.
