Give the gift of the farmers market this holiday season! Share your love for local food and community with friends and family. Gift coins are the AIM Farmers Market equivalent of a gift card and can be spent with any vendor at our markets. Each order comes in a small reusable cloth pouch with an instruction sheet.
Why do AIM farmers market gift coins make a good holiday gift?
You can buy and pickup at your local market, or have the recipient pick them up at their local market. Perfect if you’re local, or not!
It’s both an experience as well as a physical gift.
The coins can be given to the recipient to spend on their own, or plan to spend the morning together with them. Spending time together and sharing your favorite vendors is like a bonus gift.
You’re gifting something thoughtful and not just more “stuff.” The recipient can choose something consumable from a producer or food maker, or a keepsake from an artisan.
They’re eligible for use at any of our nine Bay Area markets. Spend them at your home market, or take a trip to a market you’ve never visited before. Vendors vary at every market, and you can always find something new.
Spending the coins contributes to our small business circular economy. All proceeds go directly to the vendors.
Gift coins don’t even need to be wrapped–they come in their own reusable bag!

How to purchase AIM farmers market gift coins.
Visit the order page by 9am on Wednesday for pickup at the following Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday markets. Orders placed after 9am on Wednesday will be prepared the following week.
Select your on-site pickup location at any of our seven year-round markets.
Enter your desired quantity.
Complete checkout with your contact information, not the gift recipient.
Note: A 5% transaction fee is included in the cost to offset the fee we are charged by our payment processor.
Pick up your order at the Info Booth at the selected pickup location OR direct the gift recipient to pick up. Tell them to say "I'm here to pick up gift coins left for me by [your name]".
Orders not picked up by Sunday, January 11 will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Gift coins do not expire, however, lost or damaged gift coins cannot be replaced. Gift coins may not be exchanged for cash.
